PCPA PH/BH LEARNING COMMUNITY:
THE VISION OF THE LEARNING COMMUNITY “To advance commonwealth wide efforts to improve the provider focused planning, policy development, communications, and practice enhancing collaboration and coordination of care between behavioral health providers and primary care providers serving Pennsylvania residents of all ages.” The PA PH/BH LC is a collaboration between the Pennsylvania Community Providers Association, Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians, Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers, Pennsylvania Psychiatric Society, Pennsylvania Psychiatric Leadership Council, and the Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioners.
SAMHSA CENTER FOR INTEGRATED HEALTH SOLUTIONS:
The SAMHSA-HRSA Center for Integrated Health Solutions promotes the development of integrated primary and behavioral health services to better address the needs of individuals with mental health and substance use conditions, whether seen in specialty behavioral health or primary care provider settings. CIHS is the first “national home” for information, experts, and other resources dedicated to bidirectional integration of behavioral health and primary care.
